No bail bond experience is needed. We provide the training and support you need to confidently serve clients throughout Harris County.

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional person to join 1st Advantage Bail Bonds as a full-time bail agent. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and providing calm, respectful service during difficult situations.
Full-Time Position
A consistent weekly schedule with rotating Thursday and Saturday hours.
Starting at $17/Hour
Plus an additional $40 for every bond successfully posted.
Training Provided
No previous bail bond experience is required to apply.
Houston Area
Applicants must have reliable transportation for Harris County jails.

Skills and Requirements
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle and transportation
- Ability to travel to Harris County jail facilities
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Legible handwriting and careful recordkeeping
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Comfortable printing, scanning, and faxing documents
- Available on rotating weekends and holidays
Schedule and Compensation
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday
Thursday and Saturday
Rotating Thursday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Every Wednesday
Wednesday is the regularly scheduled day off for this position.
Starting at $17 Per Hour
Earn an additional $40 for each bond posted.
