Bail Agent Position

Help People During Difficult Moments.

Bail agents work directly with clients and families who may be dealing with an arrest for the first time. This position requires professionalism, organization and the ability to communicate clearly during stressful situations.

You'll learn the bail bond process, assist clients with required documentation and travel to Harris County jail facilities when necessary.

What You'll Need.

Skills & Qualities

✓ Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
✓ Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

✓ Reliable vehicle and transportation
✓ Travel to Harris County jail facilities
✓ Ability to pass a criminal background check
✓ Legible handwriting and accurate recordkeeping
✓ Comfortable printing, scanning and faxing
✓ Available on rotating weekends and holidays
Schedule & Compensation

Know What to Expect.

Regular Schedule

8 AM – 4 PM

Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.

Rotating Schedule

Thurs. & Saturday

Thursday 8 AM–4 PM and Saturday 10 AM–6 PM on rotation.

Scheduled Day Off

Wednesday

Wednesday is the regularly scheduled day off.

Compensation

$17 + $40

Starting at $17/hour plus $40 per bond successfully posted.
